Located in the small town of Deatsville, Frank Lee Community Based Facility offers a tranquil working environment surrounded by urban conveniences. Deatsville is located in western Elmore County and eastern Autauga County. It is bordered to the west by Autauga County and to the south by the city of Millbrook. Elba Community Based Facility is situated in Elba, in South Alabama. Serving as the county seat of Coffee County, Elba offers a peaceful environment on the banks of the Pea River.
